Event venue Amsterdam
We have twelve different rooms, so there are a lot of possibilities for your event. Location De Meervaart has rooms with surface areas varying from 25 m² to 380 m², with up to 800 seats. If there are no seats needed, you can welcome up to 1.800 guests at the event. Our two biggest halls are our two auditoria, the Red hall and the Blue hall. These auditoria can be used for, among others, presentations of conferences.
So, our event center in Amsterdam is suitable for, for example, both a workshop for a few people and a corporate party for many people.
Our facilities during your event
At De Meervaart, we we are happy to assist with the organisation. For example, we would love to provide your guests with a tremendous breakfast, lunch, dinner or buffet with our catering. If you need help with the overall planning and organisation of the event, we are happy to help as well. We can support you during the process of professionalising the internal organisation. Together, we determine the details and schedule of the conference and we can give you advice regarding registration, branding, technology, music and lectures. During the event, there can also be a duty-manager available who, among others, takes responsibility for all operational services during the event. Together with the duty-manager, the event will be organized down to the smallest detail.
If you would like to use more than one of our services, we advise you to book one of our meeting packages. Booking a package means paying a fixed amount for each attending person, so there won’t be any unpleasant surprises at the end of the day. Our packages include services like event center hire, sound system, technical assistance, support from the duty-manager and unlimited coffee, tea and soda with sweets.
If you’re looking for some extras for your event, at De Meervaart we can, among others, arrange a photobooth, air hockey table, escape room and posterpanels.
Accessibility, parking and hotels
De Meervaart is the best accessible theatre in Amsterdam; guests can reach our event center easily by car, public transport and even by boat. Parking is easy in the adjacent, low-cost parking garage. The parking garage provides a parking space for 450 vehicles and costs €8,- a day.
We welcome people from all over the world as our guests. That’s why hotels in the direct vicinity are of great importance. De Meervaart would be happy to book a room for your guests at one of the nearby hotels.
