At De Meervaart, you can rent 10 different meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 120 people. Would you like to receive more information about our unique meeting center? Please contact us. Meeting room Amsterdam

Our meeting spaces are located on the first floor and can be equipped to meet your specific wishes. The meeting rooms are 25 m² to 120 m² and offer 12 to 120 seats. There are various set-ups possible for our meeting rooms, with a seating configuration of your choice: plenary, meeting set up or theatre seating. All of our meeting rooms are adjacent to each other, which provides possibilities for a combined booking. Also, the meeting rooms are ideal to use as breakout rooms during a conference. 

Our foyer (200 m²) can be used for a reception, the catering or for stands. For conferences and other big events, it is possible to rent our meeting center in its entirety. This will make our auditoria - the Red hall and the Blue hall - also at your disposal. 

Every meeting room is provided with a beamer, projection screen or LCD-display, soundsystem and flip over. And of course, all of our rooms have daylight. 

Our facilities during your meeting

During an intensive meeting, food is the fuel for your brains. That’s why we can arrange a delicious catering before, during and after the meeting. We serve varied sandwiches, fresh salads and fruit and coffee, tea and orange juice by standard, but we can always adjust this to your needs and wishes. Maybe you want to finish the meeting with dinner? We can, for example, serve fingerfood or a walking dinner. We can also provide in healthy snacks, smoothies and other delicacies. Some examples of partners we work with are Grapedistrict, Gulpener and Tony Chocolonely. 

If you want to organize a meeting for a large amount of people, it can be lucrative to book one of our meeting packages. We offer a 4-hour package and an 8-hour package. Our packages include services like meeting room hire, sound system, technical assistance, support from the duty-manager and unlimited coffee, tea and soda with sweets. Accessibility, parking and hotels

De Meervaart is the best accessible theatre in Amsterdam. The conference hall can be easily reached by car, public transport and even by boat. Parking is easy in the adjacent, low-cost parking garage. The parking garage provides a parking space for 450 vehicles and costs €8,- a day. Do your guests want to spend the night in Amsterdam, close to De Meervaart? We would be happy to book a room for your guests at one of the nearby hotels. 

A sustainable and CSR meeting center

Renting a meeting room at De Meervaart means renting a sustainable and corporate social responsible (CSR) meeting room. De Meervaart has 300 solar panels on the roof that supply energy during business events. Together with LED lighting in our venue, we are able to reduce CO2 emissions. In addition, we are committed to talent development and arts education for young people. That’s why all proceeds of our venue rental go directly to ‘Meervaart Jong & Studio’. By organizing your conference or event at de Meervaart, you contribute to this!
